The Box Office is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The Tobacco Factory Theatre accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express. A Card Handling Fee of 50p for 1 ticket or £1 for 2 or more tickets applies for all card transactions.
The Tobacco Factory Theatre do not post tickets. You can collect the tickets any time from the time of booking, up until the night of the show. Please bring the card you paid with for identification.
Refunds and Exchanges
The Tobacco Factory Theatre do not offer refunds, but do exchange tickets for other performances of the same production (subject to availability) if 48 hours notice is given. A £1 Administration Fee will apply for exchanges.
Concessions
Concessions are available for most performances and prices can be found in ‘What’s On’. Concessionary tickets are available for under 16’s, full time students, benefit claimants, registered disabled, over 60’s and Equity members. Valid Student ID will be required upon collection.
Tickets can be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours – full payment is then required. If we do not hear from you by the 48 hour deadline tickets will be released back to public sale. We cannot reserve tickets to be paid on the door on the performance night. Full payment must be received at least 2 hours before the start of a show.
