The Guild of Cheesemakers invite you to join them at a secret location for their Annual Ceremonial Tasting. You will taste a selection of artisan cheeses, fine wines and breads in the company of esteemed experts. Over the course of the evening, the gustatory effects will enhance your experience as you gradually learn more about a mysterious, supernatural cheese, known only as 198.
The Guild of Cheesemakers was a sell-out hit at Mayfest 2011 and has since been developed with support from Arts Council England and Parabola Arts Centre.
A sort of multisensory cabaret with a pleas- ingly chewy pay-off.
